Turn full lockers into lockers that keep moving
Frustration with delivery lockers comes not from "too few" but from "items never collected." KEYVOX can design both an operation that stops the pile-up and entrance integration for unattended delivery.

Challenges
What actually happens with apartment delivery lockers is not a shortage of units but a pile-up. Uncollected packages keep occupying boxes, so no matter how many you add, they stay full. On top of that, the auto-lock becomes a wall that keeps deliveries from reaching the door, and re-deliveries and packages piling up at the entrance keep adding up.
Never collected, always full
Packages left uncollected for long periods occupy the boxes. Even after expansion they fill up immediately, so the people who really need them can't use them. The management company is left with pile-up complaints and the work of dealing with the packages.
The auto-lock becomes a wall
When residents are out, deliveries can't reach the door and become re-deliveries. Packages left in front of the entrance also become a security risk.
Improper occupation by carriers
In some cases boxes get occupied for a carrier's own deliveries. Without a record of who used them and when, there's no way to correct it.

Solutions
A design that stops the pile-up
You can set a fee for packages left past a free period. Treating it as a proper service rather than free storage raises turnover, so the people who really need it can use it. Whether to charge, and the free period and fee, are set by the owner.
The tracking number becomes the entrance key
When a resident registers a tracking number, the last six digits become the entrance unlock code. The courier just enters it on the keypad — no app and nothing to hand out. It is valid only around the delivery time.
A record of who opened it and when
Entry and unlocking are logged in the cloud. It leaves a factual history you can use both to correct improper occupation and to confirm receipt.
After deployment
KEYVOX can design not just the delivery locker on its own but everything from unlocking the entrance to receiving the package. Because the tracking number a resident registers becomes a temporary entrance key, carriers aren't limited — Amazon, Yamato, Sagawa, online supermarkets, and any other carrier ride the same flow. On the locker side you can choose a design that stops the pile-up, so you increase effective availability without adding units.
Solution overview
Unlock the entrance with the tracking number, then deliver to the door or the locker. A design that stops the pile-up raises locker turnover without adding units.
Combine it with locks and you can design from the entrance
KEYVOX makes not only the locker but also the entrance smart lock in-house. When a resident registers a tracking number, its last six digits are issued as the entrance unlock code. The courier just enters it on the keypad — no dedicated app and nothing to hand out.
The tracking number becomes a temporary key for that delivery only
Any carrier works
It isn't limited to a specific carrier — Amazon, Yamato, Sagawa, online supermarkets, and more. Any of them ride the same flow as long as there's a tracking number.
No app for the courier
They just enter the number on the entrance keypad. There's no need to have couriers sign up or carry a device.
Valid only at delivery time
An issued number works only during the delivery window. Once it expires, it's automatically invalidated.
A record of who entered and when
Unlocking is logged in the cloud and treated as delivery completed. You can review the history from the dashboard.
Unattended-delivery integration is used together with an entrance smart lock (such as the KEYVOX QR1). You can use it alongside lockers, or deploy unattended delivery on its own.
